Oahu home sales plummeted in February, while surge in pending sales signify gains in March

Median sales price of single-family homes on Oahu surged 7.9 percent in February compared to last year, while sales dropped by the same percentage, according to a market report released Monday by the Honolulu Board of Realtors. A previous report by Locations said median home prices reached a record high of $760,000, though the report by HBR claimed prices reached $755,000, just below the record.
