A Texas Rangers infielder in his prime is looking to sell a high-end piece of Dallas property just a few years after purchasing it.

Elvis Andrus, the Rangers’ All-Star shortstop, has listed his 7,300-square-foot mansion in the heart of Dallas for $4.5 million. He bought the five-bedroom, six-bathroom home in 2013 for a reported $3.7 million.

The property previously belonged to Daryl Johnston, a three-time Super Bowl champion and current Fox football analyst.

The home sits on over 2 acres in the heart of the affluent Preston Hollow community and features its own lake, equipped with a fountain and pontoon.

Outside, the mansion boasts an Olympic-size, heated saltwater pool, a kitchen, and a changing room with restroom. There are also two wraparound decks with wood-burning fireplaces.

Inside the home, there are five more fireplaces, hand-scraped hardwood flooring, crown molding, and wood and beamed ceilings.

An eat-in wine cellar, media room, exercise room, game room, and four-car garage round out the mansion’s features.

Andrus broke into the MLB with the Rangers in 2009 and made an immediate impact—helping the club reach the World Series in 2010 and 2011. In 2015, the Rangers rewarded Andrus with a five-year, $120 million deal—currently the second-richest deal for a shortstop in Major League Baseball.

The two-time American League All-Star is coming off a career year in 2016 in which he reached career highs in batting average, home runs, and runs batted in.
