Constance Zimmer is winning awards for her spot-on portrayal of a megalomaniacal reality TV producer on the series “UnREAL.” But she’s not a conniving cutthroat boss; she just plays one on TV.
In real life, she and her husband, photographer/director Russ Lamoureux, have been living in tranquil bliss in a lovely Spanish-style home in Studio City, which they’ve just listed for $2.2 million.
They bought the 3,618-square-foot, ivy-covered home in 2013 for $1.7 million, then set about putting their unique stamp on it. The five-bedroom, five-bathroom home was built in 2003, records show, but it has an Old World charm about it.
Most of the rooms have been modernized, including the kitchen, which has top-of-the-line appliances, soft gray cabinetry, an island topped with Carrara marble, and custom counters made of poured concrete.

The massive walk-in closet in the master suite is also right up the alley of what today’s buyers are looking for. However, the master bedroom itself has more traditional features, including wood floors and french doors leading to a terra-cotta-tiled balcony with a hammock in the corner.

That balcony overlooks a landscaped backyard, which has a fire pit and guesthouse.
If you’re not watching “UnREAL” (and we can’t imagine why you wouldn’t—it’s as juicy as it gets), you might remember Zimmer from “Entourage,” “House of Cards,” and “Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.” Up next for Zimmer is Season 3 of “UnREAL,” which began production last month.
