Just as former A-list couple Ryan Reynolds and Scarlett Johansson have since moved on to other homes, partners, and films, the current owners of the couple’s former love nest are ready to move on as well.
The L.A. home known as the Wong Residence is on the market again, now listed for $5 million.
Reynolds and Johansson bought the Buff & Hensman Mid-Century Modern in 2010. They restored it, making it more eco-friendly and switching the floor plan from four bedrooms to two. They divorced in 2011 and sold the 2,835-square-foot home in 2012, for $3.5 million.
The current owners added one bedroom back, so it’s now configured as a three-bedroom, 2.5-bath home perched on a private and gated bluff with spectacular city, ocean, and mountain views in the Los Feliz Hills area.

The house was named after the Wong family, for whom it was built in 1969. It’s a classic example of post and beam style. Reynolds has been a busy man since he lived in the Wong Residence. He married actress Blake Lively, and they moved to Bedford, NY, where they live with their two young daughters. He’s starred in the smash hit “Deadpool,” with “Deadpool 2” scheduled for release in 2018.
Johansson married French businessman Romain Mauriac and divided her time between New York City and Paris. They separated in 2016. Johansson has been busy as well, starring in “The Avengers” and “Captain America” franchises, as well as “Hail, Caesar!,” “The Jungle Book,” and the soon-to-be-released “Ghost in the Shell.”
