These are February's most expensive home sales in Jefferson County

Even as inventories continue to tighten, home sales in the Louisville area declined in February. The Greater Louisville Association of Realtors reports that sales by its members fell 4.5 percent in February, to 1,054 homes from 1,104 a year earlier. After a strong January, sales for the year to date are down 0.8 percent.
