Three neighborhood shopping centers in Raytown have been sold for a total of $4.9 million. Brokers Bill Maas and Jay Friedman of Block & Co. Inc. Realtors represented the sellers of the three centers, Monopoly Acquisitions LLC. The buyer was 1340 East 9th Street Realty Corp., which is based in Brooklyn, N.Y.
