The Realtors of South Central Kansas has a new CEO, someone familiar with the inner workings of the organization. Sheila Rumsey was selected as the organization’s chief executive during a board meeting Thursday. She has been serving as the Realtor group’s interim CEO since R.J. Marshall left to take a job in Florida.
