Sales of single-family homes and all property types in Houston increased less than 1 percent year over year last month, but home prices remained strong, the Houston Association of Realtors reported Nov. 9. Single-family home sales totaled 5,916 in October, up only 0.4 percent year over year, and sales of all properties increased 0.7 percent to 7,120.
