Milwaukee-area home sales up 9.1% in October, but supply remains low

Home sales were up 9.1 percent for October in the Milwaukee metro area, setting the highest sales count for that month since 2005, according to the Greater Milwaukee Association of Realtors. The four-county area is now pacing 7 percent ahead of 2015’s numbers through October, and more than 19 percent ahead of 2014.
