We hear that the New York Post’s old building at 210 South Street is now home to condo tower One Manhattan Square’s sales gallery. Extell recently celebrated its launch of sales with performances by trumpeter Spencer Ludwig, Anthony Ramos of “Hamilton” fame and poet Rafael Casal.

Brokers at the event, attended by Extell honcho Gary Barnett, included “Million Dollar Listing New York” star Ryan Serhant, of Nest Seekers International

We also hear that Corcoran’s Scott Stewart and author Bruce Littlefield, to whom he’s engaged, just marked their 25th anniversary of meeting on Halloween.
