Grammy-winning salsa artist Marc Anthony is hoping the fourth time’s the charm for the new, barely lived-in house he picked up in Tarzana, CA, for $4.1 million in 2015.

Less than a year after buying the 6,590-square-foot home, he put it on the market for $4.3 million. He later cut the price to $4.1 million, then $3.9 million. This month, he relisted the home for $3.3 million—which is $1 million less than his initial asking price.

The five-bedroom, 6.5-bath, Colonial-style home sits on a gated half-acre lot with mountain views. It’s a short walk from Tarzana’s main artery, Ventura Boulevard.

The privacy gates open to a wide driveway and four-car garage. Inside, there’s dark, wide-plank hardwood floors, and the foyer opens to a family room and informal dining area. There’s a library, which features wallpaper printed with the names of notable authors.

The living room has a stacked stone fireplace with built-in glass cabinets on either side, and french doors to the covered patio and backyard.

Outside, there’s a gunite pool and spa, gas fire pit, kitchen, and gazebo.

Anthony, 49, has sold more than 12 million albums worldwide, and has two Grammys and five Latin Grammys. He’s had a rocky love life, divorcing his first wife in 2004—the same year he got married to fellow singer Jennifer Lopez. He and Lopez divorced in 2014, the same year he got married to his third wife, model Shannon de Lima. The pair split up last year.
