Actress Niecy Nash had fun star-filled parties in her Northridge, CA, home, but she’s ready to head in another direction. Her four-bedroom, four-bath, Mediterranean-style home is now listed for $1,129,000.

It sounds like an unusually reasonable price for a celebrity home in Southern California! But Northridge, located in the San Fernando Valley, isn’t your typical celebrity enclave.

Nash’s 3,319-square-foot home was built in 1972 and remodeled over the years. It’s described as a “gorgeous single story entertainer’s home,” with two fireplaces, a wet bar, a formal dining room, and a spacious kitchen with breakfast nook.

Nash apparently left her glam mark on the place: The walk-in closet in the master bedroom was specifically designed for her colorful wardrobe.

The 47-year-old comedian, actress, and producer was born Carol Denise Ensley in Compton, CA. She’s currently starring in the TNT series “Claws.” She’s also appeared on “Reno 911!,” “Getting On,” “The Soul Man,” and the anthology series “Scream Queens.”

She’s also appeared in numerous movies, including “The Proposal,” “Selma,” and “Downsizing.”
