Kevin Jonas, the oldest member of the Jonas Brothers, is putting the New Jersey mansion he built himself back on the market for $2.48 million.

After the sibling-based band broke up, Jonas, 30, started his own residential real estate development company, JonasWerner, which specializes in building custom mansions within commuting distance of Manhattan.

Jonas finished this house in Montville in late 2016 and listed it for $2.5 million. He briefly pulled it off the market before relisting it last summer. It’s back this week, with a tiny price tweak.

Double front doors open to a traditional foyer and open-concept formal dining area, which features a glass-enclosed, restaurant-style wine room.

The kitchen is anchored by a chef’s island that seats four, and a gas range with mosaic-tiled backsplash. The kitchen flows into the family dining area and living room, which has coffered ceilings, large windows, a stone fireplace, and built-in storage.

Jonas built a man cave with a brick accent wall and dark wood finishes, a wet bar, two refrigerators, and a pool table. The home’s five bedrooms are all large enough to comfortably include their own sitting areas. The master bedroom boasts a walk-in closet that could easily fit 100 pairs of shoes, dozens of handbags, and hundreds of other items of clothing.

Jonas finished the basement and turned it into a home gym/kids’ playroom, complete with a built-in playhouse and miniature street lights. Outside, there’s a covered patio, kitchen, and saltwater pool.

Jonas and his brothers grew up just 20 minutes away from Montville, in Wyckoff, NJ. The trio rose to fame in 2008, after starring in the Disney Channel film “Camp Rock.” That year, they released their third studio album and were nominated for the Best New Artist award at the Grammys.

The Jonas Brothers broke up in late 2013, after selling nearly 20 million records.

Kevin, the band’s guitarist, got married in 2009. In 2011, he and his wife moved into a custom home in Denville, NJ, that served as the backdrop for their E! reality show, “Married to Jonas.” The couple sold that house in 2013, and moved into a mansion in Boonton Township, NJ, before selling that home last year.
