Home sales in the Dayton region are off to a strong start in 2018. The Dayton Area Board of Realtors reported 839 home sale transactions were reported to its Multiple Listing Service in January, up five sales from January 2017. The cumulative sales volume for homes in the region was $122 million, a 4 percent increase from last year. A healthy housing market is a sign of an overall healthy economy.
