TV power couple Alyson Hannigan and Alexis Denisof have built quite a Southern California real estate portfolio.

In 2015, they picked up a classic home in the Brentwood Hills neighborhood for $7.89 million, spruced it up, and flipped it the following year for $8.15 million, making a cool $260,000 profit.

In late 2016, the couple—best known for their roles in “Buffy the Vampire Slayer” and “How I Met Your Mother”—purchased a contemporary mansion on 3 acres in Encino for $8 million, a half-million under list price.

This week, they put their first house—a picture-perfect, 4,200-square-foot, Spanish-style bungalow in Santa Monica—on the market for $5.1 million. They had purchased the place in 2002 for $1.9 million.

Built in the 1930s, this classic California home has five bedrooms, four bathrooms, and two half-baths. It sits on an 8,700-square-foot lot in the city’s sought-after Noma neighborhood (short for “North of Montana Avenue”), known for its tree-lined streets and upscale boutiques and restaurants.

In October, Hannigan and Denisof put the house on the rental market for $17,500 per month, in line with comparable rentals in the neighborhood.

The couple immaculately updated the two-story home, while retaining its original charm. It has dark hardwood floors; exposed beams; wide, curved doorways; leaded-glass windows; french doors; funky chandeliers; and a bright, open layout. The kitchen was updated to include subway tiles, white cabinetry, and gold drawer pulls.

The living room looks like a delight for kids—in staging photos, it’s set up with a child-sized tent, activity table (with the cutest pair of mushroom-shaped seats), play kitchen, and floating paper fish.

Hannigan and Denisof met while working on the supernatural TV series “Buffy the Vampire Slayer,” and have been married since 2003. Hannigan later played Lily Aldrin on the long-running sitcom “How I Met Your Mother,” with Denisof playing newscaster Sandy Rivers in a guest role.

For readers of a certain age, Hannigan is perhaps best remembered as the band camp geek in the teen comedy “American Pie” movie series.
