NEFAR: Median home price falls for first time since August, fewer homes on market

The median home sales price declined for the first time in months in Northeast Florida, according to statistics from the Northeast Florida Association of Realtors. However, the year-over-year growth in median sales price climbed 16.6 percent — from $175,000 in January 2017 to 204,060 this year.  In December, the median sales price came in at $211,650, with the last monthly decline happening in August after the local market hit a median sales price record of $216,000.
