Realtor Neal Norman of Hawaii Life Real Estate Brokers has listed a 16,000-square-foot home on 18.25 acres above Secret Beach on Kauai for $35 million. The seller is an entity owned by venture capitalist Walter Kortschak, former managing director of Summit Partners, which has offices in Boston, Menlo Park, California, and London.
