Demand keeps outpacing supply within Buffalo residential home market

The first quarter of the year saw single-family home sales in the Buffalo area rise by just 1.2 percent while inventory remained tight. Through the first three months of 2017 totaled 2,286, a net gain of 18 transactions in March 2016. The number of new listings in the period fell by 5.9 percent to 3,604 from 3,829.
