It’s easy to say we just wanna have fun with this week’s list of the most popular properties on realtor.com®. But we had to don our party hats and bust out the conga line when we found the most-clicked home in the country belonged to none other than Cyndi Lauper.

Her Stamford, CT, home is a classic Colonial enhanced with a few quirks you’d expect from the ’80s music icon. The biggest bonus within the $1.25 million mansion? The detached guesthouse has been transformed into a fully appointed recording studio. It’s an awesome opportunity for an aspiring musician in the tri-state area to let their true colors come shining through.

Besides Lauper’s lair, you also clicked on a couple of homes with decor inspired by the “Fixer Upper” craze, a converted church in New York, and a cool red barn in Iowa that could double as a wonderful wedding venue.

While you toss the bouquet, we’ll be counting down the list of this week’s most popular properties.

10. 124 Silver Lake Rd, Hollis, NH

Price: $575,000
Why it’s here: Right on Silver Lake, this three-bedroom home offers 150 feet of lake frontage. With sunny weather on the horizon, we’d love to spend some time watching the Sox and gazing out at the lake from the home’s full bar on the bottom level.

Why it’s here: Built in 1890, this four-bedroom classic offers oodles of charm. The warm and sunny interior features original hardwood floors and rustic beams running along the ceiling. With an acre of land to spread out on, this property has plenty of space to go along with its history.

8. 2147-49 N 2nd St, Harrisburg, PA

Price: $250,000
Why it’s here: One of our recent articles featured homes available for $250,000 right now in a variety of locales. This old mansion in Pennsylvania piqued the most interest. It’s easy to see why: 12 bedrooms for a quarter-million dollars is a bargain for the ages.

7. 79 MS-42, Sumrall, MS

Price: $366,000
Why it’s here: If you’re a fan of “Fixer Upper,” you don’t need to make your way to Waco, TX. This Mississippi mansion was built last year, and the popular Gaines style is apparent in every corner of this three-bedroom structure. While this brick home is not a “barndominium,” there are nearly 16 acres of land to set up one of your own.

6. 326 Broadmoor Ave, Munster, IN

Price: $175,000
Why it’s here: This adorable brick house is further proof of the power of the state line. When we spoke with a Munster agent a month ago, she said local real estate was booming thanks to buyers looking to escape Illinois taxes for the lower cost of living in Indiana.

3. 7 Wolden Rd, Ossining, NY

Price: $599,000
Why it’s here: If you don’t have to pray for the deliverance of a sizable down payment, we recommend this converted church. Renovated in 2015, this three-bedroom home has a gorgeous, gleaming interior that offers little evidence of its holy past.

2. 11389 T Ave, New Hartford, IA

Price: $495,000
Why it’s here: This classic red barn has a “newer home” grafted onto its side. Sitting on 18 acres of land, the barn is in great shape. The listing says it has “potential to be a banquet or event center with a picturesque rural setting.” With growing interest in rustic nuptials, this red barn might be just the place to keep a savvy owner in the black.

1. 250 Saddle Hill Rd, Stamford, CT

Price: $1,250,000
Why it’s here: Just wanna to have fun? It’s easy to do in the home of singer Cyndi Lauper! The classic Colonial (with a touch of French country style) isn’t quite as quirky as you’d expect from Lauper, but its true colors do shine through. The detached guesthouse is configured as a recording studio, the “tiles and fixtures” were sourced from Europe, and the doors date to the 19th century—it’s a place you’d want to return to time after time.
