The new owner of a spectacular Inner Harbor home in Baltimore is Evan Lowenstein, actor Kevin Spacey‘s manager and half of the early 2000s boy band Evan and Jaron.

Media outlets have reported that Spacey bought the place for himself, but William Ganz, the buyer’s agent on the $5.65 million deal, insists that the actor was not involved in the purchase.

“It’s not Kevin’s house. He’s not going to live there,” Ganz told us, debunking reports the actor will use the waterfront property as his home away from home when he tapes “House of Cards,” which films primarily in Baltimore.

“Kevin Spacey has homes all over the world. This is not one of them,” Ganz says.

OK. We got it.

As for the 9,000-square-foot house, it sits at the end of a pier and juts into the harbor in the exclusive and gated Pier Homes at Harborview community. It’s the combination of two townhouses and features six bedrooms and 8.5 baths, as well as “breathtaking views of the Inner Harbor from every window of the house,” Ganz says.

The house has 85 feet of open flow space on the main level, a chef’s kitchen, home theater, sauna, and five-stop elevator, according to the listing. It also boasts multiple decks and a 76-foot roof deck with spa.

The property was originally listed for $8.5 million, which means Spacey’s manager managed to score a deal. The posh home was previously rented by the Orioles‘ All-Star third baseman, Manny Machado.
