Kendall Jenner is selling her very first place, a Wilshire Boulevard two-bedroom condo that apparently lacks the closet space that’s a must-have for a young model, according to the Observer. Asking price: $1.6 million.
The condo is a corner unit in The Wilshire, a luxury condo building in the Westwood section of Los Angeles. The 2,068-square-foot apartment, which Jenner bought in 2014 for $1.4 million, has 2.5 baths, an open floor plan, hardwood floors, high ceilings, and numerous windows that look over rows of hedges, the city skyline, and a sculpture garden.
The kitchen features gray and white cabinets and is the perfect size for someone who never cooks. The master suite features a large bath with a stand-alone tub on a raised, tile platform. But what the unit lacks is abundant closet space.

Luxury Listings reported last June that Jenner—part of the Kardashian clan—complained on her paid Instagram page that she had nowhere to hang anything.
“It’s hard at my condo because I don’t have enough closet space. I also have a rack [of clothes]—it’s so messy, I hate it,” the post reportedly said.
Hey, a girl’s gotta have a place to hang her couture collection.
After abandoning her Wilshire condo, Jenner moved to the 4,800-square-foot West Hollywood home she bought last July from actors Emily Blunt and John Krasinski for $6.5 million. Rumors are afoot that Jenner might be ready to ditch her house over security concerns, so it could join her condo on the market.
Jenner, 21, a fashion and runway model, co-stars on “Keeping Up With the Kardashians,” the reality TV show that launched the sisters to famous-for-being-famous stardom.
