Actor Orlando Bloom has picked up a fully renovated modern stunner in Beverly Hills, CA, for $7 million, according to The Real Deal.

Originally built in 1959, the 4,000-square-foot home was “reimagined” by architect Miguel Angel Aragones, who purchased the property in 2011 for $3.2 million.

Aragones is known for designing Hotel Mar Adentro in Los Cabos, Mexico. This home on North Hillcrest Road was the first residential project he worked on. It initially went on the market in 2015 at a steep list price of $12 million. It returned to the market in late March for almost $8 million and sold a month later.

The home features a master suite that opens to a private courtyard with outdoor shower and a living room with conversation pit. The home’s state-of-the-art lighting system was installed to showcase Aragones’ architectural genius.

The four-bedroom, four-bath house offers city and ocean views. The tony neighborhood is also home to Minecraft designer Markus “Notch” Persson, who paid $70 million in 2014 for a Bruce Makowsky–developed home.

Bloom, 40, played Legolas in “The Lord of the Rings” trilogy and Will Turner in the “Prates of the Caribbean” franchise. He starred in 2013 in Broadway’s “Romeo and Juliet.”
