The median price of a single-family home on Oahu rose 5 percent last month on fewer sales, compared to last year, while the number of condominiums sold in July increased 6 percent with modest price gains, according to statistics from the Honolulu Board of Realtors. There were 330 single-family homes sold in July, a decrease of 1.5 percent from the 335 homes that sold in July 2017.
