Inventory growth doesn’t dent home sale demand as July prices rise again

Southeast Wisconsin home prices continued to rise in July as inventory of listings remained tight across the region, limiting the number of deals. For the eight-county southeast Wisconsin region, the median price rose to $209,900 in July, compared with $195,000 in the same month a year ago, a 7.6 percent increase, the Wisconsin Realtors Association reported Monday.
