Columbus housing market remains hot, but some indications suggest a slowdown

After a month as the hottest major housing market in the nation, Columbus dropped a bit in July on Realtor.com's list. The city fell to fifth-hottest housing market in July amid some indications that the rapid price growth is slowing down. The median time of homes on the market rose to 37 days in July, up from 32 days in June.
