Actress Denise Richards has finally unloaded her mansion in Hidden Hills, CA, for $4.75 million—just a tad more than the $4.4 million she paid in 2007.

Over the past decade, Richards, 47, has attempted to sell the house at every price imaginable—from as low as $3.3 million in 2009, up to $7.3 million in 2016.

Now, as rumors swirl that she’s poised to join the latest season of “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,” she’s leaving the 91302 ZIP code, possibly in hopes of picking up something new in the 90210.

Built in 1991, the relatively standard-looking, cookie-cutter home underwent extensive renovations and additions, much over it overseen by Richards. It now measures 8,200 square feet and has six bedrooms and eight baths.

A rustic white gate opens to a circular driveway and immaculate landscaping. Richards’ flashy fashion sense is on immediate display in the foyer, which has an ornate chandelier and leopard print, carpeted stairs leading to the second floor.

The renovated kitchen has a U-shape island, double-size refrigerator, oversize gas stove, and wood-fired pizza oven. A large window looks out on the backyard.

The living room is dark and dramatic, with black walls, a massive marble fireplace, red drapes, tufted settees, and glass-topped conversation tables that make the room look something like a hotel lobby.

The formal dining room is draped in purple and gold, with a crystal chandelier and crystal candle holders. There’s also a room for storing and tasting wine and a room for grooming dogs—complete with built-in kennels.

The master bedroom has a floor-to-ceiling, tufted gold headboard and what appears to be a TV-lift cabinet at the foot of the bed, allowing her to catch up on episodes of “Real Housewives”—a series she’s previously said she can’t get enough of.

The master bathroom has a claw-foot soaking tub and large marble shower. The palatial walk-in closet comes with a fireplace, silver cabinetry, and built-in, red velvet chairs.

Outside, there’s a covered patio with a second wood-fired pizza oven, gas barbecue, and lounge area. The backyard has two walk-in swimming pools, a grotto, waterfall, and waterslide.

Richards has lived in the house off and on over the years. In 2016, Angelina Jolie was rumored to be renting it for $30,000 a month after her split from Brad Pitt.

Richards is no stranger to reality TV. In 2008, she starred in two seasons of “Denise Richards: It’s Complicated,” which documented her life after her divorce from actor Charlie Sheen.
