These homes were among Central Florida's 25 most-expensive sales in 2017

It was a good year for Central Florida homeowners looking to sell their homes. According to the Orlando Regional Realtor Association, the year-to-date median cost of Central Florida homes rose by more than 9.5% to $219,000, compared to the previous year’s $201,000. However, although the median price rose, the number of new listings this year, 43,063, was down slightly from 2016's 43,283.
