Newly installed New York Giants head coach Steve Spagnuolo still has a lot of love for the city of Brotherly Love—so much so that 10 years removed from coaching in Philadelphia, he’s still holding onto a piece of the town.

In 2003, when Spagnuolo was a defensive backs coach with the NFL’s Eagles, he bought a quaint townhouse near West Philadelphia. He just recently listed the three-bedroom home for rent, starting at $3,300 a month.

The townhouse has a living room with fireplace, open dining room, kitchen, and private rear patio.

There are two large bedrooms and a hall bathroom on the second floor, while the third floor features the spacious master suite with a balcony, large bathroom with washer and dryer, and walk-in closet. An enclosed parking and storage area are located on the lower level.

The lovely home is in the Graduate Hospital neighborhood, which is walking distance to Rittenhouse Square. One of Center City’s hottest neighborhoods, it offers easy access to highways and public transportation.

Spagnuolo was part of the Eagles coaching staff for eight seasons before he took the defensive coordinator position with the New York Giants in 2007. He helped the Giants orchestrate a huge Super Bowl XLII upset over the New England Patriots, and that success propelled him to a head coaching position with the St. Louis Rams.

His time as a head coach in St. Louis was a dud and he left after three seasons. He spent time with two other teams before eventually coming back to the Giants. He was serving as the team’s defensive coordinator again this season, before recently taking over the head coach gig on an interim basis for the fired Ben McAdoo.
