Nashville housing market bounces back in November

There were 3,177 home closings in the Nashville area last month, a 6.7 percent increased compared to November 2016. It represents a rebound from October, when local sales were down 1.7 percent compared to October 2016. Year-to-date, Nashville-area sales are up 4.4 percent compared to 2016, according to the Greater Nashville Realtors.
