Higher prices again the story of Buffalo Niagara residential home market

November produced little change in the what has been the overarching theme of the housing market: prices are up while the stock of available properties stays low.  The Buffalo Niagara Association of Realtors reported median sale costs rose 10.4 percent last month to $143,000 compared to $129,500 a year ago.
