Kristi Ferrara, a realtor with Better Homes and Gardens, was honored last week as the 2017 Realtor of the Year by the Kansas City Regional Association of Realtors. Ferrara, who entered real estate in 2000, is now a managing broker at Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Kansas City Homes.
