Home prices rose on Kauai last month, despite a drop in sales of both single-family homes and condominiums for November, compared to the same month last year, according to statistics from Hawaii Information Service on behalf of the Kauai Board of Realtors. The median price of a single-family home on Kauai in November was $685,000, an increase of 14.55 percent from $598,000 during the same month last year.
