If you are one of the 60 million Instagram followers who aspire to live like a Kardashian in some way, shape, or form, we’ve found the starter home for you. The Tuscan-style entry-level mansion in Beverly Hills, CA, where Kim Kardashian began her storied real estate career, is on the market for $5.5 million.
Hey, everybody’s gotta start somewhere, right?
In 2010, the curviest Kardashian bought this 3,799-square-foot home for $4.8 million. However, it didn’t turn out to be one of her savvier investments.

After three years, she was ready to give up the five-bedroom, 4.5-bath bachelorette pad in order to move in with Kanye West, whom she married. She accepted $5 million for the place, and included most of the furniture in the deal.

If you’re ready to move in, the home can be yours for the aforementioned $5.5 million. However, that price doesn’t factor in all the furniture—the furnishings Kardashian chose are still in the home, so a buyer will have to go above the list price to snag her decor.
The home isn’t without its built-in perks, however, including a chef’s kitchen and multiple chandeliers and fireplaces, some of them outside among the beautiful, rose-infused landscaping.

The verdant grounds can be viewed from a luxe master suite with a fireplace, lounge area, and elegant bath. There’s also a dressing room with vanities you would expect from a makeup-loving Kardashian. And it’s even better if your initials happen to be K.K., which is monogrammed on the mirrors.

Outside, there are strong yet stylish gates to keep out the paparazzi. The enclosed half-acre lot features a lighted gazebo, pool, waterfall, kitchen and bar, plus a grass yard and terraces.

Kardashian and West have since purchased two homes. The first was a Mediterranean-style mansion in Bel-Air for $10.75 million, which they remodeled and expanded, adding a gym, movie theater, bowling alley, basketball court, $750,000 glam room, and indoor pool. They sold this home for $18 million without even living in it.
Their second purchase was a $21.25 million estate in Hidden Hills, which is close to Kris Jenner. They are reportedly upgrading it with a hair salon, movie theater, gym, spa, pool, and, of course, recording studio. It appears they plan to stay in that one for a while. But we’ll keep you posted if it goes on the market, just in case you’re ready to upgrade as well.
