Realtor: Atlanta condo sells for $4 million, marks highest sale of 2017

A four-bedroom condo at The Residences at Mandarin Oriental Atlanta sold for $4 million on Dec. 29. According to Karen Rodriguez, founder and president of the GROUP KORA team at Berkshire Hathaway, the sale price was the highest for a condo sold in Atlanta in 2017. Rodriguez also set the record for the highest condo sale in 2016, with the sale of a $3.9 million condo at the Mandarin Oriental.
