“Big Time Rush” star James Maslow is in a hurry to sell his Sherman Oaks, CA, home for $1.95 million. The actor and singer, who played James Diamond on the Nickelodeon show also performed with the boy band of the same name.

Now 27, he’s moved on from that role—and he’s ready to move on from the house he purchased in 2012 for $1.37 million.

Built in 1961, the sleek contemporary on a hilltop with canyon and valley views was completely “renovated, remodeled, and expanded” in 2012, according to the listing.

“The spectacular views are the main ingredient,” says listing agent Douglas Ross. He also points to other highlights of the home: “Sleek contemporary interiors, sexy master suite, private location, and turn-key condition.”

Indeed, the home appears to be in a pristine state. With four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and 3,600 square feet, the two-level layout features wraparound balconies on both floors. There are two bedrooms on each level.

On the main level you’ll find a great room with gas fireplace; dining room; chef’s kitchen with stainless-steel appliances, wine chiller, and quartz countertops; and breakfast area with views.

The lower level features the master and guest suites. There’s also a game room which could also work as an office.

High-end finishes include hardwood floors, high ceilings, a two-car garage, glass french doors, a high-tech audiovisual system, security system, and custom window coverings.

The location is just minutes from Ventura Boulevard and its restaurants and shopping.

Maslow toured as part of Big Time Rush. To date, the band has sold about 21 million albums. After his time on the Nickelodeon series, which ended in 2013, Maslow competed on Season 18 of “Dancing With the Stars,” coming in fourth place. The pop singer has also switched to a solo career. He recently released an album on iTunes, “How I Like It.”
