“Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Dorit Kemsley and her husband, Paul, have slashed the price on their mansion in Beverly Hills.

The mansion had been priced at $12.75 million, and now sits at $10.95 million, awaiting a buyer to snap it up. After six months on the market, the couple is motivated to sell the home they bought four years ago for $6.6 million.

Dorit and PK, as her husband is known on the popular Bravo series, told Page Six they’re ready to move into something a bit more kid-friendly for their son, Jagger, 3 and daughter, Phoenix, 1.

“We want a less vertical house, with more of a backyard,” he said. “The kids are running around everywhere, and we have a lot of stairs, so we want to swap stairs for grass!”

The home is indeed vertical, with 8,679 square feet sitting on a less than a half-acre lot. The Mediterranean-inspired mansion was built in 1993, and has six bedrooms and seven bathrooms. The interiors are glam, sleek, sophisticated, and neutral, with views of both Century City and the Pacific Ocean.

The home takes advantage of the warm, California weather, with indoor-outdoor flow between the interior living space and walls of glass that open onto an outdoor living room and covered dining room and pool.

The couple will reportedly stay in the home until it sells, adding that their famous house guest, Boy George, will definitely have a room in their new house. The 1980s music icon is also godfather to their daughter.

“He’s going to be in Australia shooting ‘The Voice’ for the next six months and then on tour,” PK told Page Six. “But when we move, he will definitely have a room.”

Dorit and PK are keeping the real estate business all in the “Housewives” family, enlisting Kyle Richards’ husband Mauricio Umansky, to represent them in the sale. And although it’s time to leave the home for a place suited to her young family, Dorit told US Weekly it’s bittersweet to leave the home after four years.

“It’s difficult to leave that. I’ve spent a lot of time fixing it and making it special,” Kemsley said, “I know that this house is perfect and very right for someone.”

She’s probably right. And now, that someone is poised to save nearly $2 million off the original listing price.
