Greater Cincinnati ZIP code ranks among hottest real estate markets in U.S.

Greater Cincinnati is home to one of the 50 hottest real estate markets in the U.S., according to a new report. Realtor.com on Thursday released its third annual list of the hottest ZIP codes in the U.S. The Cincinnati area ZIP code 45240, which includes Springdale, Springfield Township, Forest Park and Pleasant Run Farm, ranks No. 44 on the list.
