Condo prices climb higher than forecasters predicted

Already, the year-to-date median price for a condo — $407,000 for the first nine months of the year according to the Honolulu Board of Realtors — is higher than the price for all of 2017 predicted by the University of Hawaii Economic Research Organization in its recent construction forecast.
