The Dayton Business Journal has put together a list of the Top 10 most expensive home sales in the region for May. The top two homes passed the $1 million mark, according to DBJ research. For the data, we looked as far south as West Chester and as far north as Shelby and Darke counties. The sale of the high priced homes reflects an improving local housing market.
