Here's why Columbus is the 5th hottest housing market in the U.S.

The nation is experiencing the longest housing housing inventory decline in two decades and Columbus sure is along for the ride. A report from Realtor.com lists Ohio's capital city as the fifth-hottest market in the United States based on an index that factors in the median age of inventory as of June, which it says was 37 days.
