Home sales and prices increased in Central Florida during June, according to the Florida Realtors. Orlando-area single-family home sales totaled 3,489 in June, up 7.2 percent over the year-ago period, Florida Realtors reports. Statewide, sales of single-family homes totaled 28,205 last month, up 4.3 percent compared to June 2016.
