Austin home prices balloon in June but market may stabilize, ABOR says

In many places around Central Texas, home prices are $10,000 to $20,000 higher than just a year ago. But there are signs such increases could be cooling, according to the latest numbers from the Austin Board of Realtors that show how home prices compare in several counties.
