Residential sales in Atlanta may be down but average and median sales prices are up. According to the Atlanta Realtors Association’s Market Brief, June residential sales dropped by 2 percent from last year to 5,974. However, average and median sales prices continue to have positive gains while outpacing 2016’s figures. The median sales price in June was $267,000, an increase of 6.8 percent from last June.
