Fresh off the news that he’s been traded to the Minnesota Timberwolves, former Chicago Bulls star Jimmy Butler is unloading his River North mansion in Chicago, according to Crain’s Chicago Business.

Butler, a Houston native, is saying goodbye to this six-bedroom, seven-bath property built in 2008. The home is listed for $5 million with Colin Hebson of Dream Town Realty.

Drafted by the Bulls with the 30th pick in the 2011 NBA draft, Butler signed a five-year, $95 million contract with the team in 2015, the same year he bought this luxe property.

Boasting three outdoor spaces (rare for city living) and a 10,000-square-foot interior, the home is packed with high-end perks, including a 750-bottle wine cellar, elevator, massive walk-in closet, custom staircase, and three-car garage (another bonus in the city).

The kitchen has a custom island, pendant lighting, and dark wood cabinetry.

The living room with its cozy brick fireplace is perfect for entertaining family and friends.

The house also features a space currently used for an office and a bar on the lower level.

River North pulses with bars, clubs, restaurants, and boutique hotels—most opened within the past five years. The median listing price in this neighborhood is $585,000, well below what the 27-year-old All-Star is asking for his place.

But a magnificent mansion in the Windy City is worth stretching your budget, right?
