The median home sale price in the Milwaukee metro area was up $13,000 in November compared with last year, and the number of sales increased more than 20 percent, according to the Wisconsin Realtors Association. Those increases are roughly pacing the statewide sales increase of 19 percent in November. Prices were up 8.3 percent for the month.
