Actor Leonardo DiCaprio made quick work in disposing of one of his SoCal properties. While the “Titanic” star waits for someone to pay $11 million for his Malibu beach house, he ditched a cute picket-fenced home in Studio City, CA, for $2,237,000, the Los Angeles Times reported.

A red brick path leads to the 1930s ranch, which has four bedrooms and two-plus baths within 3,407 square feet of indoor space. The living room has a fireplace and hardwood flooring. A white kitchen features a six-burner range, granite counters, and herringbone-patterned wood flooring. A pool sits in the backyard.

The listing says the home is located on “a privileged, picturesque street” in Colfax Meadows, which Los Angeles Magazine has called one of the city’s 10 best neighborhoods. There are a few other multimillion-dollar listings in the 91604 ZIP code, but the median list price currently sits at $1.1 million. The city’s most expensive listing is a five-bedroom palace for $4.85 million.

DiCaprio, an environmental activist, recently released a documentary, “Before the Flood,” on National Geographic. The actor won a best-actor Oscar last year for his starring role in “The Revenant.”
