“Spider-Man” villain Willem Dafoe has sold the New York City co-op he owned with his son, Jack, for $860,000, according to the Observer.

Listed for $850,000, the two-bedroom, one-bath apartment is on the third floor of a prewar, Art Deco building, which is a haven for artists. It’s located in a gentrifying neighborhood on the Lower East Side.

“It’s the last frontier for New York City real estate,” says co-listing agent Yesim Ak of Misrahi Realty brokers. “It’s a very artistic building, under the radar.”

The apartment, which the Observer says the younger Dafoe has lived in, features hardwood floors, high ceilings, an eat-in kitchen, and a subway-tiled bathroom.

Father and son bought the place in 2005 for $606,000. Ak says the apartment sold in one day last summer for $10,000 over asking price.

“It was priced right, and the market was pretty strong,” Ak told realtor.com®. “We got a little lucky.”

Willem Dafoe, 61, was nominated for an Oscar for Best Supporting Actor for his roles in “Platoon” (1986) and “Shadow of the Vampire” (2000). He and his wife, actress and film director Giada Colagrande, live in a $4 million penthouse in the West Village.
