Here are Jefferson County's most expensive home sales of 2016 (PHOTOS)

It's been a good year for residential real estate in Louisville. According to the latest figures from the Greater Louisville Association of Realtors, sales by Realtors of homes in the Louisville market are up 8.4 percent from 2015 for the year through November, and the average selling price is up 3.5 percent, to $197,090.
