Ivanka Trump has just put one of her Manhattan apartments up for sale with a $4.1 million price tag.

City property records show that the future first daughter paid $1.52 million for the condo at Trump Park Avenue in Lenox Hill on Manhattan’s Upper East Side in 2004 and transferred ownership to an LLC that reportedly belongs to her in 2015.

But don’t cue the moving trucks just yet. While there is heavy speculation that Ms. Trump is planning to move her family to D.C. as rumors swirl that she will have a role in the administration, the home that’s now on the market isn’t believed to be the family’s main residence.

Ms. Trump, her husband Jared Kushner, who is reportedly being considered for a White House advisory role which could be blocked by nepotism rules, and their three children live in a four-bedroom penthouse in the same building, according to numerous media reports. That unit is not up for sale.

The two-bedroom, two-bathroom home she has just put on the market features solid oak floors, beamed ceilings, a large corner living room/dining room area with oversized windows and a spacious master bedroom with its own en-suite marble bath, according to the listing.

The Trump-branded building, located at 502 Park Ave., was purchased by Ms. Trump’s father, president-elect Donald Trump, in 2001 for $115 million, according to the Real Deal.

It has 24-hours hotel and valet services, daily maid/laundry service, a fitness center and a live-in resident manager.
