Actor Charlie Sheen has whisper-listed a Beverly Hills, CA, home, reports TMZ. The actor bought the Mulholland Estates property in 2006 for $7.2 million. He’s now reportedly asking $9 million for the mansion.

It’s one of three properties that Sheen has owned in the gated community in the past decade. Perhaps the property’s infamy has inflated the price. TMZ says the home was Sheen’s bachelor pad and the site of “wild parties fueled by drugs and alcohol, and epic sexual escapades.”

The five-bedroom mansion bedecked with numerous exterior columns and balconies also is reportedly where Sheen’s Mercedes-Benz was stolen from the driveway and launched off a cliff on Mulholland Drive in 2010. Sheen dumped another 90210 pad in June for $5.42 million, according to the Daily Mail.

Sheen, who revealed he’s living with HIV last year, reportedly is thinking about moving to Malibu, where his parents, Martin and Janet Sheen, own a house. His brother Emilio Estevez sold his Malibu home a few months ago.

Sheen, 51, starred in the sitcoms “Two and a Half Men” and “Anger Management.” In 2010, Sheen reportedly earned $1.8 million per episode on “Two and a Half Men,” making him the highest-paid actor on television. In May, RadarOnline reported the troubled actor dropped $1 million on three properties in Mexico.
